REBOUND THERAPY COURSES

Rebound Therapy is an intensive 1:1 technique that comprises the therapeutic use of trampolines to provide opportunities for movement, exercise and recreation for people with additional needs. Physically, it helps to increase strength, stamina, balance and co-ordination. Emotionally, it aids confidence-building, communication and social skills.

Jump Space is a designated hub for Rebound Therapy training and is officially accredited by ReboundTherapy.org. We host a variety of certificated courses and workshops that take place at our Stockport HQ throughout the year. Run by fully-qualified staff, these sessions are suited to groups and individuals involved in various caring and health professions, i.e. teachers, teaching assistants, physiotherapists, carers/health workers, occupational therapists, speech therapists and sports coaches.
